Not at all.  Of course you need to attach it ALL.  Defence, exhibits...Everything!

That's not what they are saying.  They are saying the format is wrong.  They need all as PDF attachments except the Draft Order (Word).

You need to send the CCBC a PDF of the application and also the WS and the costs page, and a Word doc of the Draft Order.
So I need to reply to the email containing only those 4 documents?

Is that the reason my application was unaccepted because it contained the other 3 documents??? (Draft defence, exhibit list, exhibits)
    No, that's not the reason.

Please read again what the CCBC said...
This is because County Court Business Centre is unable to download documents held on external cloud storage applications due to security risks.  Please add the file as an attachment and resend.

  • I’m not sure what I have done wrong??

    N244 form (PDF)

    Draft order (Word)

    Witness Statement (PDF)

    Draft defence (PDF)

Exhibits (ZIP folder which contained PDFs)

    Cost Assessment (PDF)

    Any help would be great!!

Is that what I have already done???

It's because you used cloud storage.

  • In what way have I used cloud storage?

I simply attached the documents in the correct format to the email and sent it through.

Of course no-one here knows the answer to that.
You will need to start a dialogue with the CCBC for your answer.

Meanwhile, I, and others, suggest that you resend them as attachments direct to the CCBC - CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk

Maybe it's because they were originally sent to Sheffield and then forwarded to the CCBC that has corrupted them, but who knows?

We get you - but it sounds like Sheffield county court (who we assume you paid the £275 fee to?) saved the docs 'to the cloud' then pointlessly sent them in a stupid circle to the CCBC in a weird format.

And the CCBC is asking for them again in PDF/Word.  So you can easily help them handle it quicker, by simply forwarding the email attachments you originally sent to Sheffield.

Then the CCBC will allocate the case...back to Sheffield.  Madness.  But play the game!

Below is a link to the redacted SAR from DVLA that shows VCS contacted the DVLA twice.

Also a little update, I’ve still not heard anything from CCBC after resending my application directly to them on the 30/08

I think I'd be asking the DVLA as to why they have allowed VCS to access your data twice for the same parking event.

    ccrt@dvla.gov.uk ..... and

    KADOEservice.support@dvla.gov.uk

    Send to both.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
