They have responded to my email but not my letter! The response is that they will do nothing!Good morning,Thank you for your email that has been received into the Customer Relations Department.I'm sorry to read that your e gift card has been used without your consent and for the inconvenience this may have caused you.I have looked into this for you, I would advise that you contact the Police as the e gift card was used without your consent.I am sorry that I am unable to help you further with this matter.If I can help you with anything else, please don't hesitate to get back in touch.

I have received a £50 refund from Argos. I got a letter saying they wouldn't refund and an email saying they wouldn't refund but my persistence paid off! Spent the egift card immediately!1
