Yes. How about also saying that you are a doctor and this and any other meritless PCN should be cancelled to stop wasting more of your time.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Looks good to me. Put them on the back foot for a change. Jugular ...Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Aww, love this!
I also love hearing about a doctor with celebrity parents! 😁
Have got stuck on how my username reminds you of my job though. Found myself pronouncing each syllable out loud (no joy), then thinking about Romeo and Juliet (again no joy, although I do seem to recall Mercutio calling for a doctor when he gets stabbed . . . ), and then decided I was clutching at straws and had come up short 🤔
Whichever way, I'm glad it sticks!2 -
A bit bored at moment so thought that if you substitute "scammer" for "love" the following would be appropriate:-What is Mercutio's famous line?If love be rough with you, be rough with love; !!!!!! love for pricking, and you beat love down.2

Marvellous! Thanks @1505grandad2 -
Hmm, this is odd - just realised I never updated this forum on the outcome of this case. I think I was massively on the backfoot at the time with work, and intended to do so at some point, before inevitably forgetting. My sincere apologies! I've only just noticed because I'm about to open up another thread here. Anyway, in a nutshell, if I remember correctly, I sent ParkingEye the counter offer previously noted in this thread, and I think I heard nothing back. We went to trial, and I won! The judge, as I recall, was very balanced and fair, which was actually quite concerning to me, because it sounded initially as if he was actually quite sympathetic to ParkingEye. It turned out, this was prior to him giving me a lot of space to speak, and then actually giving quite a fair assessment of the case, siding eventually with me. He awarded me my Schedule of Costs for one hearing, but not two.
The person I was up against was a young barrister, who was actually quite a nice chap that I had a brief chat with afterwards. He did attempt to nail me on the evidence I'd provided, specifically noting that I had not provided any time and date stamps on the photos (although I had written the dates in the Evidence pack). The judge acknowledged this, and also felt that my photos were not necessarily accurate to the actual visibility of the signage at night because, to his eyes, the level of darkness in my photos would mean that no-one could see anything at all! I said that this was the most accurate representation that I knew how to provide, and he did, in fairness, accept this as fact.
So, a slightly worrying hearing at various points, but bottom line is that I won, and received my Schedule of Costs for at least one of the hearings
Another win for this forum! Whoop!
So sorry for the delay in updating the forum! I hope you're all well!3 -
