Skipton Maturity Instructions

Has anyone had success inputting their maturity instructions online? I'm just going round in circles. I get to the final stage of withdrawing full maturity balance to the account I've selected then I get a pop up saying could this be a scam. I press continue and it takes me back to the previous step of choosing the account and so it goes on.

The have been several posts on the attached thread. I ended up phoning them but they did fix it in the end yesterday. Clearly though it has failed again today.

Edit, I have just checked and it is working for me online now.1 -

Sorted mine yesterday without any issues.1

I'm having the exact same issue, after the scam warning it just goes back a step and I cannot submit the maturity instructions.
@Skipton_Building_Society_Representative is usually active around here so may be able to help?1 -
I hope they sort this as my regular saver is ending in August.0

As will many people's. I can't remember how long the account was on offer but it wasn't that long so it follows most people will have an account maturing sometime in August/September.
Give it a week or so to allow any kinks be ironed out leaves plenty of time to give maturity instructions.
You see it on here many times, people getting all in a twizz because something doesn't happen NOW, patience is a virtue and usually results in less stress.2 -
I don't understand the rush! We're getting 3.50% till the maturity date, at which point you can just FP it.0

You should get an email 2-3 weeks before maturity inviting you to select an option.Bigwheels1111 said:I hope they sort this as my regular saver is ending in August.
But if you don't bother it just goes into their easy access Online Matured Funds Issue 9 A paying 0.90%, and you can withdraw whenever you want from there.

I had my maturity email from Skipton this evening (my saver is due to mature on 17th August). I'll probably just let it mature into the variable rate easy access account and then withdraw the money.0

Mine is the 19th, I was hoping they might offer another regular saver.SonOfPearl said:I had my maturity email from Skipton this evening (my saver is due to mature on 17th August). I'll probably just let it mature into the variable rate easy access account and then withdraw the money.
I will dump it in my Al Ryan 1.8% easy access saver, until a better longer rate turns up.0
