NCP Car Park Season Ticket

Hi all,

I've recently signed up to a 1 month season ticket for a NCP car park.

The car park itself has no barriers, it has cameras that read your number plate on entrance and exit.

So i parked in the car park on the day the season ticket was due to start as it showed in the app as Active so all looked good.

Upon leaving, i noticed a board saying you can pay later (i.e. if you just literally was parking for the day, drive in, park and you can pay later within 24hrs after you leave).

So I decided to check the site out and put my car registration in, expecting it to show nothing or £0.00.  Instead, it shows up and also shows I owe them for a days parking with a option to Pay.

So I phoned them up, advised them of this and they have made a note and said I wouldn't need to pay it.  I asked would this happen when I park in the same car park again and was told, no it will be fine now.

So parked again and checked upon getting home and now it shows again another charge for the day and also my previous charge, also with a link to pay.

However, I have noticed for some reason when I click the pay link, it doesn't work (I'm going to try a different browser in case its a browser issue) but just wondered has anyone else had this?

I'm trying to avoid getting any parking charges etc when I have legitimately paid for the 1 month season ticket. which the person on the phone I spoke with confirmed I had a valid season ticket and I have registered with the correct car registration and am using the same car, not a different car etc.

Hi, I tried web chat but it's not been online when i tried.

I've sent them a message via there contact us page so will have the response in writing i hope.
