    These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) must be read carefully. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entering the prize draw.

    The winner will receive a smart EQ Fortwo Coupé, courtesy of Arnold Clark in cool silver (the “Prize”), which will:

    • Be fully electric

    • Come with a 1-year warranty and insurance (with premium up to the value of £500)

    The Prize is kindly provided to Comic Relief by: Arnold Clark Registered in Scotland No. 036386 / VAT Registration No. GB 334331879. 454 Hillington Road, Glasgow, G52 4FH

    An insurance policy with a premium up to the value of £500 will be provided by Verex Insurance Services Limited (registered company number 05686831). Any premiums above this amount requires the balance to be paid by the registered keeper. The insurance cover available to the registered keeper is subject to Verex Insurance Service Limited’s policy underwriting guidelines. 

    All entrants to the prize draw must be a UK resident over the age of 18 at the time of entry. Comic Relief reserves the right to check the validity of an entrant to the prize draw.

    The prize winner will be responsible for collecting the prize from a pre-arranged branch of Arnold Clark within 2 (two) weeks of the date they are notified that it is available for collection.

    You may enter this prize draw either:

    • via our website, by choosing the number of tickets you would like by selecting your chosen donation amount, or

    Whether you are eligible to enter or not, any donations to Comic Relief, including donations as part of an entry into the prize draw, are non-refundable, other than in specific circumstances. The closing date for entries is 23.59 BST on 30/09/2022, entries after this point will not be entered into the prize draw.

    One winner will be selected at random. The winner will be notified on 04/10/2022 by email. If a participant does not respond within two days of being notified that they are the winner or does not meet the eligibility requirements, then Comic Relief may award the prize to another randomly drawn participant until an eligible winner claims the prize.

    After the winner is selected, Comic Relief must publish that a valid award took place. To comply with this Comic Relief will publish the surname and county of the winner on www.comicrelief.com on 04/10/2022.

    If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Comic Relief by emailing(opens in new window) us. In such circumstances, Comic Relief must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

    How do I enter a prize draw?

    There are two methods of entry. On the prize draw listing, simply choose the number of tickets you would like by selecting your chosen donation amount. You will then be required to enter your credit card information. Alternatively, you can enter for free via post (details above).

    How many times can I enter the draw?

    There is no limit to the number of entries you can make, but if you chose to enter by post, only one entry per day will be accepted.

    What do I do if I make an error in entry?

    How do I know when the prize draw ends?
