the unit rate 2 is ~ the current SVT electricity unit rate & the higher unit rate 1 will give the equivalent of a daily sc of ~48p per day assuming that you use at least 2kWh/day.
In other words it is broadly in line with the current SVT tariffs for electricity.1 -
