I am pretty certain that the single standing charge only applies where the customer has been put on a single rate in accordance with the restricted meter regulations. If the customer is still on a 2 / multi rate tariff then 2 standing charges can be applied.Northern_Wanderer said:molerat said:Now down to the 2 meters.
