Viagogo Sale - They refuse to pay me

I couldn't make a concert so decided to sell them on Viagogo. They were mobile tickets so had to use an app to transfer them. Which I did. I then emailed viagogo to check if the buyer had received the tickets. No response. I then received an email from the app site stating the transfer was successful and the buyer had accepted them. This was all done around 10 days before the concert. Great I thought that's that. I waited for 10 days after the show but no payment. I contacted Viagogo, they stated i hadn't fulfilled the order. I told them i had and sent the proof of transfer which is dated. They then told me I would be paid. But I never received it. Since then I have made many phone calls, many emails and I get a different reply each time. Some say I won't get paid, some say i will get paid, but I never do. I'm just going round and round in circles. I don't know what to do as I have all the proof yet they don't want to pay me even though they have stated several times they will. Its now been 7 weeks since the Concert.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Reality is you're dealing with a non UK business who have a reputation for operating on the boundaries of UK law safe in the knowledge people will still use them where emotional purchases are being made (concert/sports tickets). A quick look at their reviews tells you all you need to know
Had you just purchased and either not received or there'd been an issue with the event then I'd have suggested S75 claim (assuming you paid by CC and not via an intermediary) but as you're actually querying the receipt of sale proceeds I suspect you'll be brushing up on your Swiss legal rights to get anything back
In future look at Twickets for short notice resales (though will only get you face value so doesn't help if you bought at a premium/touts price to start with)
