Hi all. I've finally finished my witness statement and defence so it's in the judge's hands now. I did have a little wobble a few weeks ago and was going to make the payment to Gladstones but my daughter talked me out of it. I'm now glad I didn't give in. After many, many hours of work and stress, I will be glad to see the back of this, win or lose. But thanks to all for your help, advice, guidance, and support.

Is this related to either/both of your earlier threads?
It makes things easier to follow if everything about one incident are kept to one thread.
No, it's not all in the Judge's hands now. You of course will be attending any hearing and be prepared to amplify your case and answer any questions posed by the Judge and the Claimant's representative.2 -
