I am still smarting from the way Ebuyer took my money while knowing it had no actual stock of the Panasonic Lumix FZ18 I once tried buying from them (as a result of an MSE tip-off). I had to chase them on the phone when no goods arrived, to be told that the item was "discontinued" and only then did the money get re-credited. However this free delivery offer might be OK if you don't mind getting the goods after Xmas (as priority/next day delivery is of course not in the free offer).0

Well I ordered 3 items in their similar offer of last weekend on 5 day delivery, it arrived in 2 working days..Tuesday.
Well done eBuyer.0 -
If I see enough good feedbacks about Ebuyer on MSE I might just return to then in '08.0

I was originally apprehensive about them, as I'd seen some bad feedback. But having bought loads of stuff from them - and returned maybe half a dozen for refunds - I've never had a bad experience.
Their order handling system seemed to throw a serious wobbly earlier in the year, and some of the things I ordered have never appeared in my list of "past orders". But I received the goods ok, and they didn't quibble when I returned one of them. And in general they tend to deliver well within the "super saver" timescales - but I confess I've never ordered from them this close to Christmas.0 -
I got an email from them saying tv unit should be with me before 21st december so within the 5 working day limit I'll let you how long it takes...I cannot fault ebuyer I had abit of a scare with my debit card but that was with the google-checkout link on there website...but it was sorted within 48 hours so I cannot really fault them at all...which is why I will stay with them...:D

I too ordered from them on saturday and got an email saying it would be delivered on monday 8 am till 6pm,paid £10.49 for next working day delivery .Been in all day, checked my emails and at 19.48 they sent me an email saying they had tried to deliver-no way-(we were both in and right next to front door!) at 19.05-and asking me to contact citylink (but not actually giving citylinks telephone number). It said Blue door which i have, but so does my neighbour, anyway they have a 25% chance of being right about the colour..No card was put through the door either. There was an accident on the roads outside so i doubt they could have got through at all.Gonna ask for that £10.49 back!!
I am worried as this is my husbands main present.the nearest depot is 6 miles away:mad:0 -
