I mistakenly put in for Delay Repay via LNER.com( who i booked the tkts with ) , but they have kindly passed the case details etc on to Cross Country, so its put me back a couple of weeks or so in the queue, but hopefully it gets sorted eventually.

Nothing refunded yet / no further updates from Cross Country... emailed them for any news.How long should i give them ? and is next step ombudsman etc ? I appreciate they are probably snowed under..0
