IPOQ Debt Advice Line?

Hello There,
I might even be on the wrong site for this but here goes.
I received an email yesterday, Wednesday, from the OR's office with an attached IPOQ.
I did some online research on this and apart from other helpful suggestions to the poster, one forums advice was to contact a particular debt advice line who it was said specialise in this kind of IPA thing (it was most definitely not a commercial one).
I was has sure as sure can be it was this site and of course I could be wrong, but I have no recollection of which debt advice line this might have been and for the strangest of reasons I cannot find it in my browser history. I do know it was one of the well known ones and I also know it wasn't StepChange as I would never contact them again after my previous one time experience
Thank you ever so much for anyone who may have any ideas on this.

These are the free debt advice organisations recommended. For free debt advice, contact either : Stepchange, National Debtline, CitizensAdviceBureaux.
Be very careful to follow these links. All of them have been "cloned" by companies using similar names to attract clients who think they will get a free service. Action is being taken to stop this but it's not get there yet.
Assume you have read Technical guidance for Official Receivers - 35. Income Payment Agreements and Orders - Guidance - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
If you have specific questions, please ask; a number of posters here have experience as advisors or practitioners. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Hi thereWell RAS has already answered most of your question, but I am not entirely sure what you need a helpline for?
If you need advice on filling out the form you could contact the insolvency service, or one of the debt advice organisations mentioned in the previous response, or post them here?0 -

Is it an Income Payments Questionnaire?
I'm guessing here.0 -
It's embedded somewhere in here Technical guidance for Official Receivers - 35. Income Payment Agreements and Orders - Guidance - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing2

RAS is correct, its a questionnaire asking for the OP's income and expenses to determine whether an IPA is appropriate. I suggest the OP posts their statement of affairs on here for advice first.2
