Nectar Mattress Issue

  • I have in the last month contacted Nectar with the exact same issue, having had our mattress for 2 years. “Mattress Man” came out to do the same checks this morning & said he totally understood my issue & could quite clearly see the hump in the middle of our mattress but nectar would say it was within their thresholds. Is that it then? We paid over £500 for a mattress 2 years ago, which isn’t even fit, let alone comfortable to use in a spare room for occasional use. Anyone have any recommendations for another mattress with the same comfort & support the nectar offered us initially, just hopefully for at least 5 years please? Many thx
