EDF Energy Hub - Does anyone else see different amounts in their Energy Hub compared to their bill?

I was hoping to find out if this is a known issue or if I should contact EDF to explain the differences in my bill compared to their new energy hub which is meant to help take control but all I find is discrepancies that now make me question if they are billing me too much?
My thought is that I was with Green Network Energy last year when they went into administration and was at the time paying about £30 per month for electricity (I only have electric, no gas) when I was moved to EDF who then later sent me a large bill for about £700 which is meant to be for the 'underpayments' from when I was with GNE which I am currently paying off in instalments, they explained this by GNE not billing me correctly and really my bills should have been higher and EDF increased my direct debit to £130 plus £18.50 for paying the debt, this was in Sept when they had just installed a smart meter and also sent me the £700 bill which was meant to be from May back to when I joined GNE the previous year (I only moved in Jan 2020 so I don't have anything earlier to compare to in this house but I was paying around £30 for electric in the house before as well as the same for gas). But now I see in EDFs Energy Hub that the cost of the energy I am using is indeed closer to what GNE was charging me but they have been billing me much higher.
