Promotional Period: The prize promotion opens at 00:00 on 13th July 2022 and closes at 23:59 on 2nd August 2022.

Entry Instructions:

a. Purchase either a SanPellegrino Tastefully Light Orange 6x330ml or SanPellegrino Tastefully Light Lemon 6x330ml in a Tesco store or online at Tesco.com during the Promotional Period.

b. Text LUXURY or LUXURY1 followed by a space, and your full name and postcode to 60110 by 23:59 on 2nd August 2022.

c. Click on the link provided in the returned text message to upload a photo of your receipt to complete your entry by 23:59 on 2nd August 2022. Only one photo can be accepted in a receipt upload.

Please retain receipt.

Prize Fund: There is one (1) prize consisting of a £5,000 luxury holiday for two to Italy. At least one person attending (the winner) must be aged 18+. The winner must be the parent or legal guardian of any accompanying minor. This will be provided to the winner in the form of a £5,000 Escape Voucher to redeem against an available Italian destination of winner’s choice with prize agency.

Escape Voucher Terms and Conditions

• The maximum travel budget (£5,000) is stated on the front of the certificate and must be used against one of the following in Italy; a holiday, accommodation or experiences (excluding direct sell companies). The total value of the voucher must be used in full against one booking only.

• The voucher value may not be taken in cash, or Travellers Cheques, either in part or full.

• There is no cash alternative for any unused amount.

• Please allow, where possible, a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice in which to book your

prize – please allow more if possible.

• All dates and Italian destinations are subject to availability and therefore early booking is advised.

• All travel is subject to the terms and conditions of the individual supplier.

• Any changes made to the booking after confirmation will incur an amendment

charge.

• When travelling, it is recommended that holiday insurance is purchased at the time

of booking. Your Escape voucher may be used against this cost.

• All travel must be booked and completed within 12 months from the date of issue.

• Cloud Nine Incentives act as agents – services provided are subject to the conditions

specified by the suppliers.

• In the event of cancellation, the voucher holder or any other participant will not be

entitled to claim any refund or replacement.

• For overseas travel a valid passport / visa / tourist card is the responsibility of the

voucher holder.

• Any cost associated with acquiring a passport / visa / tourist card is the responsibility

of the voucher holder and/or guest.

• Winner and guest are also responsible for making sure they adhere to any Covid-19

entry requirements into Italy. The Promoter and Supplier cannot be held responsible for the winner/guest not having the correct travel documentation, test results, vaccine status or following any COVID-19 regulations.
