SAR request for NAT WEST

There is no forum for my request. I am trying to get an SAR from NAT West / RBS. I received a letter from them requesting more information. The letter is from Nat West Subject Access Request Team, 1 Hardman Boulevard, Manchester M3 3AQ. The email address they give me to send documents to is SARcustomerQueries@rbs.com. This email address does not exist. I have tried looking for a number on line and they give me the financial ombudsman services. Does anyone have any other email addresses? The more the merrier as I can bulk send to all at once. I need a customer services or/and a CEO. Thanks Desmond.

    Never read a Nat West Policy. I do not have an account, Statements, or policy. Maybe I should ask for one.

    Every legitimate company (of any commercial/industrial type) must openly provide a privacy policy as part of the GDPR regulations. These are easily accessible to any individual whether you hold an interest with that company or not, often found at the bottom of the main homepage of their website.

    No idea who Alison Rose is but I would start by reading their privacy policy.

    I have found Alison.Rose@natwest.com on the website. GUESS WHAT? That got returned as un deliverable also.

    As above. It would appear that you’re reading efforts missed out vital bits of information. I wouldn’t waste my time finding links and copying / pasting them if it wasn’t relevant.

    There is no email address for the CEO or any other email address like customer services. As I said originally. I was after this information. If you think the information is contained in this document, please supply a page number and paragraph.
