Water cylinder help needed

We plan on replacing our ancient boiler as part of our house refurb, along with new piping and radiators.

Can anybody please recommend a 210 litre high pressure hot water cylinder for us to consider. Would like it to be compatible with air source heat pump tech if we get forced down that route in the future.

TIA

We've just done this- combined with system boiler presently. We went for a Vaillant Unistor 200l heat pump ready cylinder which was recommended by the plumber we used.

If you are having a WB make sure the installation is done in a way to get their up to 12 years warranty which can in fact be as little as 2 years as we only found out after the installation!

Oooerr. I'm guessing that would be if it was installed by an approved installer instead of a general plumber?

Slinky yes with gas safe certificate.  But as I got a partial grant towards the cost just a 2 year guarantee.
BUT WB do not tell you this until after instalation when you register the boiler.

Thanks, we've got no chance of a grant so hopefully we'll get the full guarantee. Thnks for the info,

Glenhill are one of the oldest cylinder manufacturers, good quality.  And good customer service
A thankyou is payment enough .
  • Second for Gledhill. I replaced our old rotten copper hot water cylinder with a Gledhill Stainless Lite a couple of years ago and it's an excellent quality product, supposedly guaranteed for 25 years.
