So Energy - Unable to logon

Is anyone else unable to logon on to So energy at the moment?

I am trying to give my monthly readings but just get "Unknown Error" when attempting to logon.

I managed to get in in the end by clicking on a link from elsewhere where it took me straight to my account without having to input my details!

I have always found their website rather flaky. It still shows me every month around this time, the new date & new payment I tried to change to several months ago, but the change never happened. By the time I get my new bill, that will no longer show again, till this time next month!

Yes, I just checked and was able to login.

The other week I had it where I could login but it never showed anything and eventually showed some options but when clicking it again went blank and took ages to load.  Since then its been ok.

Unable to log on to input my readings for almost 2 weeks now. My log on/password details are same as the day i joined them over 4 years ago.  No reply to around a half dozen emails i sent them.  Beginning to think they maybe having problems.

I can login without any problems at the moment.

Have you tried using another browser?

I can login ok also.

Have you tried messaging them on twitter? I did that initially got a reply, then it went quiet and recently they have started to reply via twitter again to msgs i leave them so might be worth a go if your on twitter.

Have tried different browsers,3 differenc pc's & changed password.  No luck.

Will sign up to twitter & see if any luck there.

Just wondering, if i threatened to cancell my DD i may get a response.

Still no response despite sending a multitude of emails. Thought i would try ringing them & i have just given up after listening to awful music for almost an hour. 

God knows whats going on with them.
