I have a court date!

i have a court date in September regarding 3 PCNs from Highview Parking.
the carpark is outside my gym and is for gym members only. I AM a gym member! but when I first joined I didn't realise that I needed to enter my car reg in a machine as I went in, so I got 3 tickets.
I provided screenshots from my gym app to show that I am a member/was at the gym BUT it was more than 28 days. it was a while to be fair before I appealed by which time it was apparently passed to debt collectors and there was nothing they could do (Highview Parking are the claimant, so was there never any 'debt collectors'?) it has been 18 months I think of various 'debt collectors' sending me letters. where I was able to I submitted my screen shots each time. but it hasn't been accepted because I didn't appeal within 28 days
my main point is that the claim against me is that I contravened 'the contract' which is apparently the parking notices...which only states that you much be a member. if they want to fine me for not appealing within their specified timescale, that's a different claim?
reason for slowness to appeal is disability which effects my cognitive ability
will I win?? if I don't win do I have to pay all their costs? how will I pay when I am in debt/have no disposable income/am a single parent with a mortgage?

At last you have named the parking company. You were asked for that information eighteen months ago.
Please continue progressing this issue on your existing thread.1 -
