Where are photos saved?

On Android / Twitter 
Where are photos that I have saved from others peoples tweets saved ?
On my device or on my account 

Because I can't find them 

If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.

    On my Samsung they are stored on phone in /storage/emulated/0/Pictures/Twitter/ as yyyymmdd_hhmmss.jpg

    (I think that isolated character is a zero, might be cap Oh)
