I've had a duplicate withdrawal on my account Friday 22 July following a payment I made in March 22 via the Gift Round collection website. I've rung them and they know there has been an issue with their systems but couldn't tell me when I will get my money back. Hoping its not happened to too many people and that they refund soon. Anyone else been effected?
