Park Home Solicitors in Surrey

Hi, we are looking to purchase a park home in Surrey and are confused about solicitors.
An estate agent has told us we do not need a solicitor and just need to speak to our bank manger who can transfer to money to the seller on the same day as we sell our house.
We feel that we have heard conflicting views and we would like to use a solicitor to purchase our home but we are unsure who to use as they are not the same as a normal solicitor! Please could you advise use?
Many thanks

Estate agents work for the sellers and most specialise in BS.From the Age UK fact sheet:Advice should usually be sought from a solicitor or another independent
professional when buying or selling a park home, in line with government
guidance.Link below:2 -
The solicitor firm I worked for did a couple of park home purchases. They were not simple transactions and for that reason, I would advise you not to buy this property without instructing a solicitor to act for you.3

The EA is not working for you but the seller that pays them.
Usually do checks and due diligence with regards to property purchase.1 -
