Damage Deposit from VRBO??

Morning, myself and friends stayed at a great property in France late June for 8 nights through VRBO. I paid 350Euro damage deposit which I am yet to get back....I have contacted the property owner, noting to do with them as it's money held by VRBO. VRBO website just says you will be automatically refunded after 14 days after your return (I returned 3rd July and still nothing) provided no damage reported. I am still in contact with property owner who has confirmed they had no damage. No contact email address or phone number for me to call, can anyone help me please?? Thanks in advance

    This is the phone number  listed for help/ support on their app and website

    +44 (0) 208 827 1971 it says it’s 24 hours / 7 days a week .

    We rent out our place in Cyprus through Holiday Lettings which is part of  Trip Advisor etc
    J moved out on Saturday 16th and I've had an email today saying "This is just a quick note to let you know that the damage deposit for this stay has been processed."
    I know when they pay me, it takes a week for the money to reach our bank
