British Gas Meter Reading
I used to have to submit meter reading with Evolve.
But that system, it seems, has gone.
Over the weekend, I received an email from British Gas asking me to submit my meter readings.
When I followed the link and tried to log in, my password was not accepted.
I requested a new password reset and logged in but there was no facility for a meter reading.
I could see my details and insurance for your boiler page of which I do not have.
On chat, I was told it is because I had changed my password, and all will be ok tomorrow. And I could email my reading to a given email, which I did.
Today I received a new email asking me to submit my meter readings. So, I began again, and I am back to square one because password again was not accepted, and I had to request new password etc and again no facility to submit readings. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.
