I am 64 years old and my husband is 71 years old, he is in receipt of pension credit. I am in receipt of Universal credit, can you please let me know whether i would get the payment and would my husband get a payment as well as he is on Pension Credit.

As a mixed aged couple, if you're claiming UC then you would be claiming this as a couple because it's a means tested benefit. He wouldn't be entitled to pension credit while claiming UC.I'm sure you mean he's receiving his "state pension" rather than pension credit.To receive the first payment of £326 paid by 31st July then you will need to have been entitled to a payment of UC for an assessment period that ended between 26th April and 25th May. If you did then the £326 would be between you, not each. The next payment of £324 will be in the Autumn and the criteria for that hasn't been announced yet.As your husband is claiming his state pension then he'll be entitled to the Winter Fuel payment as well as £300 on top of that.You will also receive £400 added to your energy account over a period of 6 months starting from October.Full details here. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/cost-of-living-payment
