Blue Badge Confirmation Email

Does anyone know if I can use the DfT confirmation email to use as proof before my blue badge arrives?
The email dated 21/07/2022 states that the start date is Thursday 22nd and can take up to 10 days to arrive but I still don’t have the badge and I need to use it tomorrow.

I would say definitely not. I can't honestly see a traffic warden accepting that at all. You need to wait for the BB to arrive.

' Display' your Blue Badge .
You have not got one to display.
