Buildings Insurance for home I bought for parents to live in

Hi
I'm buying a property for my parents (both retired in their 70s) to live in. They won't be paying any rent, but will be taking care of contents insurance, council tax, utilities etc.
House won't have a mortgage as I will own it outright, so no buildings insurance required legally, but of course still would prefer to have this in place.
After checking some insurance web sites, some seem to indicate I need landlords insurance even though there is no rent nor tenancy agreement. Others suggest some insurers might provide cover without landlords insurance in these circumstances:
"That being said, some home insurers may still cover immediate family who live in your property rent-free even if you yourself do not occupy it. But you will have to double-check with your home insurance provider as to what they do and do not class as a let."
Comparison sites aren't any use here due to the specifics - any advice or company recommendations?
Cheers

Try LV - I've found them cheaper than the landlord policies for a similar situation.1

I've just done my home insurance with LV for my first ever property.Save £12k in 2019 #154 - £14,826.60/£12kSave £12k in 2020 #128 - £4,155.62/£10k0

Just to say thanks for the replies - will give LV a ring and see what they say

In case it is useful to anyone - called LV and they quoted £250 for buildings but had to be a landlords policy.
Called Direct Line (which I have my own house insurance under), and they didn't insist on landlords just a normal policy but it put in the notes I wasn't living there it was for my parents.
£125 approx - and lady was nice enough to put on the online discount even though I phoned her given I'd said I'd tried online but due to the circumstances I thought I should call. Also I got discount as already had home insurance with Direct Line.
Still, all in all a good result.0
