There must be pretty strong evidence for the executives to be remanded in custody. Either that or they were considered a flight risk.

It seems to be getting worse.
Now the interim CEO (who came in after the arrest of the then CEO Fabio Cannavale and Chief Operating Officer Andrea Bertoli under fraud charges) is herself now under investigation for alleged misuse of £25m of pandemic bailout funds.

This company seem riddled with allegations of fraudulent behaviours.
...yet still people book with them.
