Changing light switch

I won't be doing this myself but also didn't want to waste an electricians time if it wasn't achievable very easily.
I have a kitchen extension and we've ended up with a light switch for the old kitchen and one for the extension. The one for the extension appears to come from the dining room and also supplies a switch for an outside light.
I remember wiring going from old kitchen to new light in extension but the switches are independent. Is there a way of having both switches switching both lights on at the same time?
Thankyou for your advice.

Its possible but how easy will depend on where the existing wiring is, what the construction of the ceiling is, if there is any steel work etc.1

There is a lintel half way but we are going to have a new drop ceiling fitted and was going to ask the electrician to do the wiring before it was complete.Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0

Look at Quinetic1 wireless light switches. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

The quick way to do it is with "smart" switches (or bulbs). Fit a smart switch to each light fitting, and then use an RF wall switch. Sonoff do a range of low(ish) cost products that would do the job - https://sonoff.tech/product/smart-wall-swtich/t2eu-rf/The downside to the wall switches is that they are battery powered, so will require regular battery changes.
