Parking Charge with no photographic evidence

I recently got a parking charge for parking in a retail park and leaving the site, something which is not allowed. The only evidence they have is a statement from the parking warden, the photos that they have are just photos of my car from different angles. I've appealed on the basis that they have no actual evidence to prove that I did what they're claiming, however they have rejected it, stating that they have no photo evidence, but they do have a statement.
Looking for advice on the way forward, and also want to know if they need actual evidence that I left the site, not just a statement.
Thanks

Who are 'they'?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Plan A is always a landowner complaint.
Get photos of the site and signage, and check especially to see if the site boundary is defined in words or images/maps.
If the site boundary is not defined, a motorist cannot possibly know if/when they have left the site.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

TBH, photographic "evidence" has little to no bearing on private parking tickets.
Even with legit/legal tickets its value is limited and would only normally be specifically admitted after all other forms of evidence had been considered.

We need to know which PPC because your next stage is either POPLA or IAS and one of those is a kangaroo court.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

IPC operator. ~4% chance of success in appealing to the IAS. If you want to do that, provide lots of evidence to support your appeal, there's no template for appeals to the IAS.Alternatively, and what we most often recommend, ignore everything that comes your way, short of a Letter Before Claim or an actual Court Claim. Come back on this thread if you get either. At time of writing, the prospect of a court claim is remote. UKCPS haven't been active on the litigation front for around three years. But, they do have six years to issue court proceedings, so stay alert. If you change address in the next six years, you must inform UKCPS to avoid the danger of a court claim going to an old address with the likelihood of a CCJ entering your life! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Yep, ignore UKCPS. Ignore the debt demands.
Only contact UKCPS if you move house because you cannot trust a PPC with an old address and might miss court papers unless you rectify the address data when you move within 6 years.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
