Has anyone used XSitePro to build websites, I am looking to redo mine and would prefer to do it myself instead of pay some, also so I can update whenever I need to, just wondering if it is worth $197 - £100?

I think it is worth it. You can update as often as you want and it is ten times easier to use than DWeaver.
You can make as many sites as you want for yourself and for others if required. You can make a mini net for your business where you have a site per segment pointing back to the main site.
XSitePro is so easy you don't have to throw your hands up in frustration - unless you plan to be a web designer or a specialist coder - why wouldn't you want to be focusing on marketing rather than being a coder?
Also the new version 2 is almost out and it has many features DWeaver does not have...0
