British Gas gets slated so often that I thought I would post this small thing. I have had problems on the website after logging in, for a long time – admittedly didn’t do anything about it – but recently got on to their chat with a minor problem. I had to wait less than 5 minutes for a friendly/efficient advisor who understood and fixed it in a very short time and also passed on my problem with the website which was also fixed the same day. Well done that advisor!
