Your point 2 - "BPA’s Code of Practice (Appendix A8.4) states that: "Appendix A relates to Northern Ireland only.There are other para numbers stated as from CoP which are wrong.Mind you, it may be of no consequence as the BPA themselves quote wrong para numbers in their own CoP:-"20.6 If your parking charge is based upon a contractually agreedsum, that charge should not be punitive or unreasonable.If it is more than the amount in Clause (19.5) and is notjustified in advance, it could lead to an investigation byTrading Standards or another appropriate authority."(This) should be 20.5.2
