SCS Sofas- items don’t match and long delays

Hi, grab a cuppa 🍵! We ordered a matching 3 seater sofa & chair back on 9th November 2021. We paid a deposit , with expected delivery around February we were told. February comes and goes, as did March and finally they were delivered on 11th April. The stitching on the 2 items is completely different colours and the chair doesn’t sit correctly on the frame so contacted them the same day and sent photos etc, the batch numbers were nothing alike!. SCS agreed to re-order the items for us and expect delivery in July. We’ve recently had email confirmation of the estimated delivery date 11th July followed by text messages estimating delivery for 28th July and then another the day after saying delivery is cancelled! We rang and were told it’s “just delayed’ and to probably expect it some time the week after. Other than the deposit we aren’t paying for the furniture yet but this is driving me mad! Does anyone know if we have rights to compensation because of the delay or will they get round it because of their “estimated “ phrasing? Thanks for reading.
