Look for a post by @Grizebeck where this is all explained and yes you can send the DQ by e-mail to the same e-mail address which you used for your defence.  Don't forget to send a copy to the claimant - address on the claim form.

I thought I'd draw your attention to this fairly recent thread which you might have missed. You must keep going through all the necessary court procedure phases, but the hope is that your case will follow the same pattern of all those detailed in the thread.

Please be aware, this is not a reason to be complacent or 'down tools' on it, you must keep going through all the required phases.  If you don't, this won't go away and you'll inevitably end up with a CCJ.

Thanks guys, I couldn't find what Couponmad was referring to for the other thread by Grizelock (unable to find his name in a member search). I have, however, now sent off the N180. Let's see what happens from here.

Perhaps because you've searched on the wrong user name.  It's @Grizebeck. 

Just click on the name I've given you which is a link to his Profile page. Down the l/h side of that you will see 'Discussions' (all threads he has started) then scroll down the page and find the appropriate thread.
