Just curious , I understand a CCJ stays on a credit file or a maximum of 6 years then falls off.
If the CCJ is still not then paid off at the 6 year stage is it still accessible to view by potential lenders/creditors ?
Also, if I am say, applying for a loan or a mortgage do I need to still declare it or declare I am still paying toward it even if it has dropped off my credit file?
Thank you

Nope, as you say, it drops off your file after 6 years regardless of what you do, and once gone, won`t be visible to anyone.
What has that to do with an IVA, as in the title of your post ?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Brilliant advice as always thanks:j0 -
So.. will I need to keep paying into the CCJ after it drops off my file?
If so, What if the potential creditor who sometimes asks for bank statements and there are payments toward it on there?
Thank you:j0 -
The debt will still be owed, once it has fallen off your credit files, so you'll need to keep paying.
You'll also need to answer any questions from a mortgage provider honestly.1
