Suspiciously fairly new domains with suspicious reviews.  Why would an IT expert require their services to setup
a drop shipping company?

Strangely their map is an exact match for another website that uses it to show VPN locations...

You'd be better placed asking that on a forum dedicated to drop shippers, this site is about money saving and I think most if not all of the people on here who sell on eBay are selling goods they have.

Tamebay may have some useful advice on that score. But my best advice, which is applicable to any online service that looks complicated, is to find a company that has good reviews, a reasonably long-standing website with accurate whois information attached to it and has a phone number for you to call where you can talk to a real human person about how to use their system.
