Hopefully I can explain this properLy
once I’ve taken out a new contract and used a PAC to port my number in…..is that it for PAC or STAC on new sim
example
took out a Vodafone contract about 6 months ago and used the PAC to transfer my number in
now on another sim I have,,,,with 3…..can I get a STAC and give it to Vodafone to end the 3 contract without talking to them.
hope that makes sense

https://www.ofcom.org.uk/phones-telecoms-and-internet/advice-for-consumers/costs-and-billing/switching/switching-mobile-phone-provider - To switch and get a new phone number, text ‘STAC’ to 75075.To switch and keep your number, it's PAC.In theory you can PAC until the cows come home, STAC should only work once as far as you're concerned (because after that you're getting a new number).0
