Is this your 'fuse box' (consumer unit)?Do you know which circuit your shower is on?Have any of the little switches gone down?If in doubt, turn off ALL the circuits/power using the Main Switching Device. Then you can unscrew/open the switch in the bathroom where the pull cord is. You'llprobably have to buy a new pull cord switch.Or is there a fuse in between the pull cord and the main fuse box/consumer unit? Often there's a fuse outside the bathroom.Might look like a plug socket but without the 3 holes for a plug!

Is your "fuse board" like this one? If so you will have to remove the fuse from the carrier pictured and test it to see if it has blown. If you are unsure then get a competent electrician round to look for you.

If it looks anything like that then absolutely do NOT replace any fuses in it as it is an immediate fire (and shock) hazard.

Absolutely none, do you hear?0
