Moving tv and boxes. Can this be done?

Posting on behalf of my next door neighbour.
Her lounge is quite long but not as wide. It has a large window opposite the fireplace wall.
At the moment the tv is in the corner on the window wall but she would like it changed to go on the opposite side of the room next to the fireplace as she feels she is sitting with her back to the fire in winter when watching the tv and the furniture placement is wrong. Which means it being moved not only to the other end of the room but also the other side and from an outside wall to an internal wall.
At the moment her ariel point is behind the tv and Sky also comes in on the same corner of the room. To move the tv obviously the arial point would have to be rerouted round the room and presumably she would also need Sky to do their bit.
She has a laminate floor so its not possible to run extensions under a carpet.
Any suggestions as to if it is doable and how.

She could try running the cabling via trunking above the skirting. Something like this - https://www.d-line-it.com/mini-trunking/
She'd obviously have to get extension cabling for both the aerial (is this still required?) and Sky coax cable.0 -
Thank you for the reply. Not sure about the aerial (she is about as tech savvy as me) so will need to find out.
Would you know if Sky have to supply and fit the extension or could this be bought and fitted by an independent local tradesman?0 -
Anyone can fit the Sky cable, you could create an extension to the cable that already comes inside, or replace right back to the dish.
Is the wall behind where the TV will be going an internal or external wall?0 -
At the moment it is on an external wall but once moved it would be on an internal wall.0

Thanks very much for the link. Much appreciated.0

I don't know, but two possibilities come to mind. One is if the terrestrial signal happens to be strong enough for a small indoor antenna? There are some very neat and compact units by 'August' (I think?), some of which have USB-powered boosters on them.
For Sky, isn't there an intermet-streaming option? If so, it's easy to get t'web next to the tele using powerline adaptors, and then the wee box could go in the TV cabinet?
No running of cables required. Possibly...0 -

Clearly the guy in the video is just trying to flog his own cables, not sure what he charges but the same thing can be picked up from the likes of ebay, Amazon etc or you could make one up yourself.0 -
Depending on where the sky dish is located there may be enough cable outside to just drill through where needed now without extending the cable.
As above... is the aerial needed or can they watch everything through the sky box?
Depending on the age of her equipment and install she may be able to upgrade her kit and get sky to install it all from scratch if she calls them. She may have to threaten to leave due to the kit not working0
