POPLA Unsuccessful - Despite contract date between Operator and Owner had expired

An expiry date is an expiry date, the POPLA assessor has made a wild assumption that because the signs are old that the contract has been rolling on for years so must be current This is so so wrong and totally illogical I am sure a judge would not take that line.

This case should be referred to the BPA who have an obligation to find out from UKPC if it's true or false and the BPA must prove either way,
Such a case can only be of interest to government for the future of UKPC and indeed the BPA

Savills have previously been very helpful in cancelling PCNs, so the OP should explore that opportunity with them as a matter of urgency, checking in the process whether UKPC's contract for that site has been formally renewed (signed, sealed and delivered - and if so, when!).Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
