a special commode seat

Hi, Greetings.
I'm trying to change my commode seat because it became loose.
I bought a normal standard seat, handyman told me you need a special commode seat for your toilet. He shows me the screw which is attached to the commode seat. He did not know the name, he told me to show this picture to Screwfix, and they will find it out for me. I'm sharing the picture with the post if anyone can find out the name of the commode fixture or the name of a screw, please share me. I really appreciate your help and time
Many thanks

Postage stamp sized image 276x200 pixels. Ideally you want images 800x600 minimum.
What is the top like? Probably an M6 standard thread does it cause the blue section to expand?
Always hated toilet seats that move, I made a spacer thats a snug fit inside the holes that you see on the toilet itself. That stops the
bolt moving sideways but also allows me to clamp it hard without risk of cracking the toilet.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...1 -

I would fit something in the slots to prevent the seat sliding forwards or backwards. Small drop of thread lock or superglue
on the threads to prevent it coming loose over time if the nuts are not nyloc or similar.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...1 -
