Envirosearch section 4

Hi I'm interested in a property that's up for auction. I've looked through the legal pack and am satisfied with the contents except for an issue that's come up on the enviro search, under section 4 relating to ground stability and states in red IDENTIFIED. It is a old house. This house is built on a very slight uphill. Should I be concerned? Or could it just be because it's an older type house and slight movement can occur? Thanks everyone.

I guess it depends on more factors than the hill. Such as what the ground in the area is like, it would be worth asking some neighbours if they've experienced subsidence as it would typically affect a number houses.
A home buyers report should flag this too!0 -
This is bad and indicates that the house is on a dangerous piece of land, I would not recommend buying it
