Is there a way to find SVR tariffs for SSE for the last 2 years

My 87 year old FIL phoned yesterday in a panic because SSE told him he'd used 5000 kWh in 3 months. It turns out that they haven't had a reading for a long time and have been underestimating. He has finally allowed me to set up an online account where I can see the meter readings and the DD payments but no bills.
I just want to establish his balance and forecast usage going forward to ensure the DDs are reasonable, they want £360 a month for gas/electric and it's a big chunk of his pension.
He does have the bills but cannot find them and he's 300 miles away, I've established that he's used an average of 15 kWh/day since August 2020 and that seems high to me.
He has gas CH but uses the oven every day and I suspect has left the immersion heater on for an extended period because the switches confused him.
I wondered if there is a way to find the tariff details since August 2020, I know there are knowledgeable people on here.
I would appreciate it if somebody could point me in the right direction thank you

Yes the SVR tariff will be regional and the published rates by Ofgem. It may take some special Google skills.

Unless you are talking about economy 7?

What exactly do you want to do here?

To establish if the direct debit forecast is reasonable you only need to know the usage over 12 months. You already told us that it is 15KWh for electricity, that is 5475KWh per year.

What was his gas usage for the last 12 month or a 12 month period?

For electricity and the standing charge for electricity and gas at the predicted October SVT the monthly Direct debit will be

Add to that gas usage and back payment for the 5000KWh electricity, lets call it 20p = £1000.

So the £360 is low and most likely based on the current SVT, not the new predicted one.

Ensure that SSE splits the 5000KWe equally over the last 2 years. In the bill you will also see the rates they are using and you were asking for.

Thanks, I'll look there, it's a normal tariff, I want to reconcile what he's used in the last 2 years so I can explain to him why he has a large back bill to pay and how it happened.  I can forecast forward, that's easy but incomplete records takes me back to auditing fun and games.

There should be no need to use the Immersion as he has a gas boiler
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill

Do check when he was last billed with an actual meter reading...
If that was more than 12 months ago and he has not been frustrating their efforts to get an accurate meter reading, then he may be able to limit the amount owed to the last 12 months using the 'back-billing' rules...

Well I got to the bottom of it, despite having no bills because he'd shredded them I established that the last non estimated reading was just under a year ago.
I then asked him to double check his reading of the old dial meter, he's 87 and wears glasses. On the fourth attempt he realised he'd been misreading the second character as a 9 instead of a 4, there are the 5000 kWh.
Now all that's left is to get the SSE algorithm to use the correct readings that I'm putting in online and ignore the erroneous ones.
Thanks all for your help, we're all relieved that he doesn't have to cash in an ISA to pay them
