UKPC McD staying longer than max of 1h and 30 mins. (12 min over)

Dear members,

received Claim Form from CCBC back in Jan 2022 about UKBC wanting to gain shy of £300 for potentially staying 12 minutes over time.
AOS was submitted as per guidance on 3rd Feb 22.
SAR was requested and received around start of Feb 2022 with pics of numberplates and PCN notice x2.
on 28th Feb, HM C&T confirmed receipt of my defence. http://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/ seems to have been wiped and I cannot retrieve any data with the credentials provided.
DQ N180 received from UKPC asking for mediation.
DQ N180 was sent start of May 2022 and received acknowledgement of receipt by UKPC.
on first few days of July 2022, I received one letter with Notice of Trial date (in October) and Notice of Allocation to small claims track.
Can you guide me on how to prepare the WS?

I can provide docs which I sent but I need to black these out first.
Thanks in advance. I have till end of play Tuesday to provide this.

How to do a WS is already in the NEWBIES thread. What else do you need to know that's not already in that section about typical WS and evidence tips?

Latest good examples of the WS wording and the whole bundle are posted in threads by:

That seems a very short time!  To provide what?  What does your notice of allocation state about submitting "everything you wish to rely on" is it a date (i.e. next Tuesday) or is it 14 days before hearing date?

Easy enough to do in one day - no need to take a week over it - by adapting the examples that I gave you the links for already.

Wow, short but at least the claimant has the same short lead time.

Email with Discontinuous N279 received and it says that it's also transferred to court, but court has not received this yet. Just Defendant. What action can be taken now? as per advice of Magistrates, I sent the WS in time with cc to Claimant.

You seem to be saying that you have received a Notice of Discontinuance (N279) from the Claimant.

Suggest you phone the court in a couple of days to confirm that they too have received that Notice of Discontinuance.

Once you have that confirmation - it's all over. Well done - you win.

Were DCB Legal involved here, I presume so?  Your case is now referred to in the following thread:

Well done on seeing this through. 👍
