Thank you.  I'm really trying hard.

I've not really got much to chat about at the moment.  I'm just a bit exhausted right now so trying some earlier nights.  I had quite a good hospital appointment today.  They are going to start me on a new treatment plan so hopefully that will help with energy levels too.

Good news on the positive sounding hospital appointment and the new treatment plan - fingers crossed!

Definitely take some down time and early nights where needed - you've had a busy old time of it recently!

Thanks SH and EH.  Hoping for some kind of long-term relief.

It's bf's birthday next week and I was trying to think through the money situation and what to buy him.  Then I remembered, I have a birthday fund!  I pay into it every month when I get paid so that there is money there for occasions.  Even though I manually pay into it, I had forgotten about it for a few months and was paying for presents from my own spends.  I bought him some aftershave that he likes.  That's his birthday sorted and I'm a week early.

LMG comes home tonight.  I was supposed to pick her up from the airport but my dad called earlier and said he would so that I didn't have to get up in the middle of the night (other than to the loo, as always).  Very kind and I'm very grateful.  I'm really looking forward to seeing her.

He's a very good dad, I'm very lucky.

LMG is back safe and sound.  She says she is broken.  I think it was quite an alcohol-fuelled week.  She seems to have really enjoyed herself though.  I'm just glad she's back in one piece.

Nothing else to report.  It's that slow point in the middle of the month.
