Hello . I have problem with parcel what I sold on ebay and label was bought from packlink via dpd and send it 1 month ago . They lost my parcel . I tried to call dpd , contact with packlink but they just waste my time ! Dpd always say me to contact with packlink because they can’t do nothing , that was they’re answer . Parcel was fully insured, next day delivery and cost 305£ . Ebay return money to buyer for parcel and charged me . So I really don’t know what to do . Maybe someone have any suggestions? Should i go to court? Because i have all proves that parcel was collected from dpd drop point , on cameras can see clearly that they collected it . And have ticket what they give when you send any parcel ! And I spoke with packlink and opened case for lost parcel but looks like they do not move , they don’t want to do anything .

You need to persevere with packlink via the ebay system , when you first phone ebay you get the basic CS rep who won't have a clue, so make sure you ask specifically to talk to the reps who handle the postage side of packlink.

I agree with soolin, above, and would go back to eBay - always do EVERYTHING via eBay and then you will be guaranteed a 100% refund. Whether you are buying or selling, when anything goes wrong.
If there is a problem with Packlink, then eBay should sort it out for you.
