You can find the tracker under your account options in Online Banking
I've never used it before as the reward was credited without delays.
It wasn't this month and for my life I cannot find this 'tracker'!

I also get that error from time to time. Occasionally it's due to my VPN/ad-block software, sometimes it's just Halifax being Halifax. I'd try again later, possibly on a different browser/PC and see if the issue persists.

Does it 'track' £5 reward or just some 'Extras'?Called their CS. First two idiots put me through to some insurances telephone menu that sends me back to square 1 if I chose 'anything else'.I asked the third one to think twice before putting me through anywhere and he kept saying that £5 reward wasn't credited yet because £1500 credit was just today. I tried to explain him that the reward is credited for the previous month, but he didn't listen.0

It tracks the progress of your £5 reward. I've attached a few screenshots of what it looks like for me. It's usually 2-3 working days behind, but as you meet each criteria it should tick them off and say you meet each one.

I often get the "something has gone wrong" error. Usually clears on second go. Sometimes it logs me out and then usually works after logging back in.0
