Igloo direct debit refund

Last year Igloo closed in October and Eon took over. I had a direct debit with igloo of £200 and as per the advice I left the direct debit running as it would be moved across apparently. My outstanding balance was transferred to Eon at that time. But in November igloo took another £200 which has never been credited. Eon advised they couldn’t transfer the direct debits so I cancelled my direct debit to igloo and created a new one to Eon before any direct debits were taken in December. But that £200 that igloo took in November has not been returned nor has it been credited to my Eon account. Anyone else in this situation or has any ideas for me to either get the money back or credited to Eon. Thanks

    Provide proof to Eon Next that your November DD was taken, if they feel unable to help make a complaint.
    Did your October DD get credited to your Igloo or EON Next account, payments made after about 6th/7th October ish were moved to Eon Next account eventually.

    My October payment was credited to my igloo account. Straight afterwards think the next day igloo was taken over by eon. Ok I will try with Eon I have the statement showing the amount being taken in November by igloo and I have my closing statements from igloo.
